#9: A Player Once Missed the Super Bowl for a Blizzard
Super Bowl history is filled with incredible stories, but one of the most bizarre is that of Terry Glenn, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots, who missed Super Bowl XXXVI (2002) due to a blizzard.

While bad weather has occasionally impacted Super Bowl week, Glenn’s situation was unique—he physically couldn’t make it to the game because flights were canceled. Fortunately for the Patriots, they still won, marking the first of Tom Brady’s seven championships.
